Pupil Leadership Team

Our Pupil Leadership Team (PLT) and Year Leadership Team (YLT) form a leadership group committed to improving the experience of all pupils in our school.

By listening to the pupil voice, the PLT and YLT help to turn pupil feedback into positive and meaningful actions. Through their leadership, the team support pupil wellbeing, strengthen our shared sense of belonging and play an important role in shaping our unique school culture.

There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead for our pupil leaders, including PLT elections for Years 7, 10 and 12. These elections give pupils the opportunity to step forward, share their ideas and represent the views of their peers.

We are introducing a termly update in the newsletters, providing an opportunity to celebrate the work of our pupil leaders and share the positive difference they are making across our community.

We look forward to seeing our pupils embrace these opportunities, use their voices and play an active role in shaping our school.
