Student Perspective on Black History Month
By Leen A, student principal
As Student Principal, I enjoyed working with the Pupil Leadership Team to celebrate Black History Month.
We put up posters made by all year groups and houses, who learnt about inspiring local people who have made important contributions to Black history. While we honoured these individuals, the event also showed me how valuable teamwork and community can be. My favourite part was spending time with my classmates, talking, laughing, and feeling a real sense of unity working together to bring the celebrations to life!

The steel band who played for us during lunch last Friday wrote us a Saracens High song!
