Food Preparation and Nutrition
We have had a very busy term in Food. All year groups have continued to develop their nutritional knowledge and improve their practical skills. The Year 11s have been practising their final exam dishes for the practical exam in February. They will have to work independently to cook three high-skilled dishes in 3 hours.
We have finished this term with a Bake Off won by Cheryl and Jenny in Year 10 and a biscuit decorating competition won by Radeyah in Year 7. Congratulations to all those who took part.
