Baking Society

Every two weeks our baking society, Tuck Shop Bakes, holds a bake sale to raise money for charity.

We meet on Thursdays; the first Thursday to make promotional material and the Thursday afterwards to create the baked goods. We repeat this cycle, holding bake sales every Friday.

So far we’ve sold cupcakes, cookies and brownies, all for just £1 per item. We are currently finding out as much as we can about Cancer Research UK and Refuge before deciding which charity to donate the profits to. By the end of the school year we hope to have raised at least £500 for charity.
