Year 8 Go Climbing

On Making Memories day in January Year 8 visited local climbing centre, The Arch, in Burnt Oak.

Mr Buckley (Maths) is a keen climber and was able to give the children expert coaching. It was wonderful to see determination from the entire year group. Yumna and Leona were particularly brilliant and we hope they’ll pursue climbing as a new hobby.

Back at school we researched and created our own climbing walls. The best creation was from Filsun, Radeyah, Ruby, Kimora and Mumtaz.
