Year 12

It has been great to welcome our Year 12 students and see everyone settling in so positively.

Students are already getting organised with their folders ahead of the first folder check on 14 September, while also making good progress with their transition work, which is due to be completed by 11 September. This is an excellent start, and we encourage everyone to continue building these positive habits as they begin the year.

Year 13

It has been fantastic to welcome our Year 13 students back and see them getting organised and preparing for the year ahead.

Students should now be ensuring their folders are ready for the folder check on 14 September and working towards the Unifrog personal statement deadline of 18 September. This will allow seminar tutors time to read statements and provide valuable feedback ahead of the school UCAS deadline on 1 November.

For students considering degree apprenticeships, please make your interest known to Miss MacIntyre and begin exploring opportunities, as vacancies will start to become available on the Government Apprenticeships website between now and November.

There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead, so we encourage all students to make the most of the support available and take proactive steps towards their next destination.
