Building Development Site Visit

Our Year 9 pupils had the exciting opportunity of visiting a live development site at 2 Henshaw Parade in The Hyde, NW9.

During the trip to the St George site (a member of The Berkeley Group), they explored how large-scale regeneration projects are planned and delivered, and learned about careers in architecture, sustainability, land development, construction, and sales.

The visit included a guided tour of the neighbourhood and a behind-the-scenes look at the sales and marketing suite. Pupils heard directly from professionals working on the project and asked thoughtful questions about the planning process, environmental impact, and career pathways.
