Year 11 Go Ice Skating

On a Tuesday in early January Year 11 swapped black school shoes for ice skates and, gingerly, stepped onto the ice!

After initially clinging to the sides the pupils grew in confidence at Queens skating rink in central London.

There were smiles all round and the Year 11 team were particularly impressed by the resilience shown as pupils got back up each time they fell.

The day was a wonderful experience and has energised the pupils for more hard work in the run up to their GCSE exams.
