GDPR
On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force in the UK. These are new data protection regulations built upon the Data Protection Act of 1998.
The GDPR requires public authorities and businesses to identify the lawful basis for storing personal data, audit information we already hold and take a ‘data protection by design and default’ approach to personal data.
We take data protection very seriously at Saracens High School. In line with GDPR requirements, we have appointed a Deputy Data Protection Officer, who is the first point of contact at Saracens Multi Academy Trust, Claire Edwards – Trust Business Manager.
Our Data Protection Officer:
Judicium Consulting Limited – Lead Contact: Craig Stilwell
Address: 72 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AE,
Telephone: 0203 326 9174
Email: dataservices@judicium.com

In order to ensure that we comply with the new regulations, we will review current policies and practices where required. We have already updated our privacy notices (below) in line with the new requirements.
