“Why Go To University?”

“Why go to university?” That was the question Matt Chester, our guest speaker, helped Year 12 think about when he came into school to speak to the year group.

Matt was representing City St George’s University, who are good friends of the school and have supported our students in many of ways in recent years. He spoke to our young adults about entry requirements, summer schools and research courses – all they need to know about applying to university.

Our current Year 13s have accepted some exceptional university offers, from very prestitigious universities, and we know our Year 12s will be equally successful.
