Table Football Tournament

On a Sunday at the end of April, six members of Saracens High Schol’s Table Football Club attended the Warwickshire Open, a national competition run by the British Football Association. The competition was part of the International Table Soccer Federation’s world tour.

Our team, comprising pupils from Years 7 and 8, competed in Junior Singles and Junior Doubles. The players enjoyed a day of competition and friendship. Highlights included playing the Under 13 world champions as well as challenging an adult world champion to a pick-up game.

We’re proud of all of our players, with special congratulations going to Joshua and Justin who came back with Table Football Club’s first trophies.

Table Football Club meets after school on Fridays with Mr Hawkes and new players are always welcome.
