Grahame Park Young Consultants

Pupils and students aged 16 and over are invited to apply for this paid opportunity with Grahame Park Place Shapers. Some of our students have already applied but we’d love to see more of our community-minded young people expressing an interest.

• Overview: The programme will match local “young consultants” with a local “client” organisation. The young consultants will undertake a mini-consultancy project in response to a question or challenge set by their client, to help them improve what they do for young people. You’ll get online training and coaching on how to research what other young people think, explore creative ideas and practical solutions, and present recommendations to community leaders.

• Location/ timings: Most of the training will take place via weekly online sessions in the evenings. The dates/ times of training sessions will be confirmed once we have processed applications. You’ll conduct your consultancy project flexibly in your own time.

• Application deadline: Apply here by 25th Sept 2026. Successful applicants will be informed by the end of September.

• Payment: £12 per hour for 20 hours
