Sixth Form Taster Week

We had a fantastic turn out for our Sixth Form Taster Week.

Students were able to get a glimpse of what life in Saracens Sixth Form will be like. They attended lessons, spent time in the Sixth Form Centre and met the sixth form team.

A Level students had a full day of workshops provided by Talk the Talk, where they looked at interview skills and how to present themselves confidently.

T Level Digital students had the opportunity to get hands-on; they deconstructed a computer, learnt about the different components, then put it back together in full working order.

T Level Midwifery students spent a morning at the Middlesex University training facility at StoneX stadium. Students met midwifery lecturers, enjoyed a tour of the ‘hospital’ and witnessed a simulated birth!

Pre-Apprenticeship students focused on how to apply for jobs, culminating in completing a job application and having a practice interview.

It was incredible to meet students from schools all across the local area, taking time to invest in their next big educational step. We are very much looking forward to seeing them all again in September.
