T Level Digital students were privileged to take part in an engineering team building event run by Shawbrook Bank.

The students discovered how the digital industry works at Shawbrook and the route they can take to get there. They took part in an engineering task that focused on leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

We’re grateful to Shawbrook Bank for investing in our students and look forward to seeing which digital careers our first cohort of T Level students choose to pursue.
