Drama
Drama aims to teach pupils the value of drama as an art form with intellectual discipline.
It is equally important to promote character education within drama which allows pupils to encompass skills such as leadership, organisation, resilience, initiative and communication which are transferable for life and across their educational careers. Drama is also a powerful vehicle for the understanding of spiritual, moral, social and cultural responsibility.
At times Drama will be used to mirror and support the English Curriculum in order to promote literacy and oracy across both KS3 and KS4.
