Army Day

For Making Memories, Year 9 spent a memorable day completing challenges set by The British Army.

They took part in many engaging tasks, such as a challenge to make their way across a course using just one plank of wood and with only one person moving at a time. This required pupils to communicate well and problem solve and was excellent for team building.

The Army always run excellent sessions for us at school, be it challenges like these or an introduction to music in the armed forces. We’re grateful for their partnership and look forward to welcoming them to our school again soon.
