#TEAMFOOD had the honour of working with the House of Wiberforce for Together We Create! 

It was indeed an amazing four days that included the following workshops:

Borough Market: All pupils went on a trip to this iconic market where they were able to sample some unique foods not found anywhere else in London! They were also able to take in the sights of some historical landmarks.

Pancake Research: Pupils discovered pancakes are a staple food around the world.

Food Wastage and Insecurity: We looked at this current hot topic and thought of way we can each reduce our food wastage.

Escape Room: The children put their food and nutrition knowledge to use to be the first group to make it out of the room!

Balanced Eating: We got pupils out of their seats during an interactive session using their knowledge of how to make better food choices

Food Quiz & Bingo: Our quizzers put their knowledge to the test in a quick-fire round of bingo, where geography knowledge also came in handy for matching countries to their signature dishes!

Bread Making: Every pupil had a chance to make their own delectable seven piece “tear & share” bread

Pancake Making: We made scrumptious batches of pancakes which we ate with traditional sugar and lemon or with chocolate spread – many pupils opted to try both!

Pupils were entered into a golden raffle ticket draw and a few came away with a #TEAMFOOD goody basket!
