GCSE Food practical exams
Year 11 food pupils have now finished their GCSE practical exams. They should be so proud of their results. They made a variety of high-skilled dishes, all presented beautifully. They made dishes with puff pastry, including Chicken En Croute and Salmon En Croute. Choux pastry dishes including profiteroles and eclairs. Opera cake, decorated cheesecakes, cinnamon buns, fresh pasta and different breads. Unfortunately we can’t show actual exam pictures but you can see here some impressive practice dishes.
