Year 12 Interview Practice

Year 12 gained valuable interview experience when the charity Making The Leap conducted practice interviews with the sixth form students. The students also benefited from financial education sessions with WizeUp where they covered topics such as budgeting, tax, pensions, crypto currency and NFTs.

AlaaEddine in Year 12 found the sessions hugely beneficial:

“I enjoyed the Making Memories on Wednesday as the interviews were an excellent opportunity to gain and procure the necessary skills needed in an interview. I believe this will be beneficial in the long term including life after university. In Addition, the fact that the mock interviews were carried out by professionals made the experience more substantial and helpful. Lastly, we also had workshops about student finance and how to budget and that was also helpful and eye-opening.”
