T Level Business
We are so proud of our T Level Business students for completing their Occupation Specialism Assessment (OSA).
The OSA counts for 50% of their final grade and required the students to do the following:
- Take on thr role of project managers
- Devise a commercial solution to a business issue
- Plan logistics
- Coach underperforming staff
- Engage with stakeholders
- Hold challenging conversations with resistent team members
- Assess and manage risk
- Reflect on their own leadership style
The OSA focuses on problem-solving, decision-making, and demonstrating an understanding of key business concepts in a professional context. The students were required to submit 23 pieces of work over six weeks!
Throughout the process, students demonstrated exceptional hard work, discipline, resilience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward with excitement to results day on Thursday 13 August.
