GCSE Drama Performance
Our Year 9 Drama GCSE pupils recently reached a major milestone in their creative journey, performing Ride or Die by Florence Espeut-Nickless as part of the prestigious National Theatre Connections festival.
Taking to the professional stage at the Wycombe Swan Theatre, this was a high-stakes moment for our pupils. For the majority of the cast, it marked their first-ever performance in a professional venue in front of a live, paying audience. While the nerves were high backstage, the students channeled that energy into an incredible display of focus and talent.
They truly rose to the challenge, delivering a powerful and brilliant performance that did the school proud. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to see their hard work in the studio translate into a professional production—an experience they won’t soon forget!
