London Transport Museum
At the museum, the TfL team explored what travelling was like back in 1800 and how much it has changed in the 21st century. They had a map to guide them through the museum, looking at different types of trains, buses and other transport.
At the museum the pupils presented all of their research over the past year to TfL staff. They highlighted the support they received from Saracens rugby club when they were provided with Fitbits and all of year 7 were encouraged to walk and cycle to school rather than taking the bus or car.
The TfL staff praised the children for their presentation as well as their behaviour. They were particularly impressed with the intelligent responses the pupils gave when asked how they could make the active choice their first choice.
