Year 13 cooking a stir-fry was meant to test students’ culinary skills – and it certainly did! Some produced MasterChef-worthy dishes, while others created… let’s just say “experimental” cuisine.
Bed-making proved a surprising talent for a few, while others decided a quick lie-down was the better option.
The budgeting and taste challenges sparked plenty of excitement (and a few shocked faces) when students discovered that supermarket own-brand items can taste just as good – and cost far less.
A fantastic day full of laughter, teamwork, and valuable life lessons!
