Sixth Form Successes
The sixth form team would like to congratulate our students on their excellent GCSE English and Maths resit results. Grades ranged from 4 to 7, proving that persistence, revision (and a healthy relationship with past papers) really does pay off. Over the last three months, students have shown real determination and focus, and their hard work has been rewarded with some fantastic outcomes.
We are also delighted to celebrate the outstanding Level 3 EPQ results, with 100% of students achieving a pass, and grades ranging from A to C. Completing an EPQ requires organisation, independence, and the ability to stick with one project for a very long time – skills our students demonstrated impressively from start to finish.
Across both qualifications, students consistently demonstrated our school values of hard work, discipline, honesty, and humility. These results reflect not only academic success, but also the character and maturity our students continue to develop.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the staff who supported students throughout this period. Their guidance, encouragement, and willingness to give extra time and support have been invaluable. Behind every strong result is a team of dedicated professionals who quietly make it happen – often armed with patience, high expectations, and the occasional well-timed reminder to read the question carefully.
We are incredibly proud of our students and staff alike, and we look forward to building on this success as the year continues.
