Easter
This half term our pupils have been learning, dancing, jumping, acting, skating, trading, experimenting and debating. There’s been participation and there’s been achievement, including Saracens High School’s very first Member of Parliament (the Barnet Youth Parliament that is).

The Year 8 girls' football team won the plate at a football tournament organised by the Metropolitan Police. The 'Tackling Violence Against Women and Girls' tournament was attended by 12 other schools, with special guests from Arsenal Under 21s on hand to present the silverware. Two Year 7 pupils did exceptionally well in a fictional world's debating competition at South Hampstead High School. There were 150 pupils, from 14 different schools, debating motions about Harry Potter, The Hunger Games and Percy Jackson. The boys did tremendously and the improvements they made from round to round were phenomenal.

Scholars' Programme Graduation Event

Year 9 pupils from our Scholars' Programme attended a very special event at Goldsmiths College in central London. Pupils joined workshops and had a Q&A with university students. At the beginning of spring, Year 7 enjoyed an incredible visit to London Zoo in the heart of Regent's Park. Pupils observed all types of animals including giraffes, monkeys, and lions. Sell Out Audience For Year 9 Play
